Here at the Fierce Girls Cricket, we aim to pack and dispatch orders within 3-5 business days depending on your order. However this may change depending on unforeseen circumstances and busy periods.

The processing of orders and deliveries are conducted during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) unless discussed with one of our team members. Please note that we are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped. 

We will aim to send all orders via Australia Post, Pack and Send or any other courier service if required.

We are positive that you will be happy with your purchase, however if there is a problem with the product, contact us and we will arrange an exchange or issue you a quick refund. T's and C's Apply.

To exchange or refund an item it must meet the following criteria:

  • You must notify us within 10 working days of receiving goods by emailing

  • Items must be unused or unworn with the original tags still attached and with original packaging

  • Returned with a Tax Invoice at your own cost

  • We do not accept change of mind returns

Products should be returned to the address we will provide you with after notifying us you would like to make a return.

Receiving a refund
