SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Here at the Fierce Girls Cricket, we aim to pack and dispatch orders within 3-5 business days depending on your order. However this may change depending on unforeseen circumstances and busy periods.

The processing of orders and deliveries are conducted during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) unless discussed with one of our team members. Please note that we are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped. 

We will aim to send all orders via Australia Post, Pack and Send or any other courier service if required.

SHIPPING COSTS

Here are Fierce Girls Cricket we want to make the shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please refer to below table for postage costs.

If you have provided a correct and current email address, you will receive your tracking information via email once it has been dispatched. RETURNS POLICY

We are positive that you will be happy with your purchase, however if there is a problem with the product, contact us and we will arrange an exchange or issue you a quick refund. T's and C's Apply.

Ferox Bats

Ferox Cricket Bat Warranty and Things to Remember

A cricket bat is not going to look new forever and cracks will appear. Cracking may be an indication of insufficient knocking-in, improper preparation/use, soft willow etc. A small amount of cracking is normal and ha no impact on the performance of the bat. Added protection such as Extratech and Toe Protection is highly recommended for enhanced longevity. The price of a bat does not reflect the potential longevity of the willow.
 

BAT WARRANTY PROCESS

All bats will need to be viewed in order to ascertain the correct course of the claim. Handle damage may be replaced within 4months of the purchase date. Receipt to be supplied.
 

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

- Yorker damage to the toe of the bat
- Damage that occurs due to a lack of knocking/playing-in, Machine knocking-in or inaccurate play.
- Damage resulting by bats being machined prepared (Not naturally played in)
- Damage that occurs due to poor preparation/maintenance. (eg: lack of toe protection, over/under oiling etc)
- Damage due to moister or heat.
- Damage from a NON Leather or Composite ball.
- Improper use (including hitting things other than cricket balls)
Ferox Cricket Bat Warranty may not be void if the above guidelines are not adhered to. ALL Ferox Cricket products are Non-Refundable.

Fierce Girls Cricket Gear

To exchange or refund equipment or goods it must meet the following criteria:

  • You must notify us within 10 working days of receiving goods by emailing fiercegirlscricket@gmail.com

  • Items must be unused or unworn with the original tags still attached and with original packaging

  • Returned with a Tax Invoice at your own cost

  • We do not accept change of mind returns

Products should be returned after notifying us you would like to make a return. 

How to process a return/exchange

Please contact us to start a process and provide the following details to make the process easier and faster:

  • Quote the order number

  • Specify the items you wish to return and why

We will contact you on next steps on the process!

Receiving a refund

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method. Please note additional time may be needed by your financial institution.

Product Warranty

Warranty on soft goods is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Please note that, warranty only covers manufacturing fault. Any rip due to diving/sliding doesn’t come under manufacturing fault.

 

Kit Bags are under warranty for 4 months. Warranty covers manufacturing fault (general wear and tear are not covered under warranty)
